Smart and Adaptive: Developing Church Leadership for Today

The world around us is changing rapidly with new innovations and technologies that both connect us and isolate us. Church leaders need to become ever more resilient and adaptive in how they lead their congregations. This workshop will explore ways to work smarter and with more ability to adapt to the changing environment that we find ourselves in today. We will look at some of the best practices available from both the business world as well as the church. Teams of people either in leadership roles or wanting to develop their skills in leadership are encouraged to come from congregations.
